Snow peas from the garden

My garden has started to go into production. I just love it. Fresh snow peas, loose leaf lettuce, zucchini, strawberries, kale and swiss chard. LOVE IT! LOVE IT! LOVE IT!

If you’re wondering why I’ve cooked the snow peas… that’s how I grew up eating it. The Chinese don’t eat many raw vegetables. I find raw peas have a grassy taste. In fact, I’m not really a fan of eating any raw vegetables. Most raw veggies have this grassy taste. Like the smell of a freshly mowed lawn.
