Black Hungarian chilli

Fredrik’s making flavoured oils. I picked a few black Hungarian peppers from my plants. They’re hot but not TOO hot. Definitely milder than the chillies I grew last year. I can see using it like a jalapeno. I’m looking forward to tasting the other peppers.

These peppers will turn red as they ripen farther. EXCITING!
