easier than pie

If you have a food processor, it’ll take like less than 10 minutes. Without, you can use a potato masher or a ricer. It might not be as creamy as one made in a food processor.

It’s super easy to make and really delicious.

A couple cans of chick peas, a few cloves of garlic (I like mine pretty garlic-y), olive oil, a couple teaspoons of cumin, juice of a lemon (I used lime ’cause that’s what I had) and finish it off with a drizzling of olive oil and dusting of paprika. Warm up a couple of those thin pitas, cut into wedges and scoop away.
