soy or milk
I’m lactose intolerant. I know that there are lactose free milk available but lately I’ve been considering giving up milk.
When I was in Canada, I drank very little milk and was feeling less phlegm-y. When I got back to Sweden, I started drinking milky tea every day again and noticed that I started feeling phlegm-y again.
So I was thinking that I’d give up milk for a little while and see if I’m less gooey.
I was thinking that maybe I would use soy milk for my tea and cereal. But then there are all those reports about soy being not so good for you either.
There’s really no winning either way.
