I just came home from the supermarket with 1kg of rhubarb.

The plan is to freeze it so I can make delicious rhubarb creations throughout winter.

Rhubarb is the new yummy.

Ever since the rhubarb sausage from work and then the rhubarb cobbler that I made a couple weekends ago, I am just LOVING rhubarb. Not only is it really delicious, it seems to be doing something good to my tummy.
