char siu and ribs

Fredrik and I picked up some revben (pork ribs) from the supermarket and I’ll be making that with char siu sauce. I’m using Lee Kum Kee char sui sauce and it’s pretty awesome stuff. I used it to make the ribs for jul. Just marinate the meat with it and then stick it in the oven to bake at about 100°C. I kind of came up with the temperature arbitrarily. I’m sure that somewhere, there is a recipe that has exact measurements and temperatures. I actually bought the char siu sauce in Sweden. Luckily the brand Lee Kum Kee is pretty international. They’ve got a fabulous line of sauces and mixes.
