Now that we have our kitchen back and functioning, I was thinking about doing some baking this week. But I can’t decide what to make. It would be nice to make some cupcakes. But there are so many different kinds of cupcakes to choose from. I even have a new cupcake/muffin tin. I used to have a measly 6 muffin tin. Now I have a 12 muffin tin that needs to make its debut.

Lemon cupcakes would be nice. I will have to look for a suitable recipe.
