One of my favourite childhood memories are related to going to the library with my mom.
Nothing says “you belong” more than having the local library card.

I went to Stockholm Stadsbiblioteket after going to the central station with Fredrik. He has gone to Copenhagen to continue on with the rest of the tour. Once again, I am fending for myself.
I forgot how great a library is. It felt like I was going home. I miss working at the library. It was always so peaceful and there were always a new book I hadn’t seen before or a new topic that I thought was worth looking into.
I came home with Margaret Atwood’s The Penelopiad, Roald Dahl’s Best of Roald Dahl, and Orson Scott Card’s Ender’s Shadow. Noel got me hooked onto Orson Scott Card. I love the Ender series. His other books are pretty good too. I’ve always been a great fan of Roald Dahl. He was my childhood favourite writer. I read all but 2 or 3 of the books he wrote. Margaret Atwood… well she’s Margaret Atwood, enough said.
