The icing for the carrot cake didn’t turn out so well. It was just butter and icing sugar. We prefer the cream cheese icing. So I scraped off whatever icing was on the cake, mixed it with some cream cheese and now the cake is ALMOST perfect.

We haven’t done too much. Like the past Sundays, it was a day for laundry. We also dropped off the recycling. I must admit, it is a big difference from what I once knew as recycling. We never sorted the recycling, just put it all in the blue box or grey box and the garbage people came and collected it all.

We’re gonna go have some cake and tea.

I also put up some new things for sale on my Etsy store.
